freq expansion.

There is a set of jumper pins on the front face of the rig. Here is how to
take care of it.
1. Remove speaker side of case. There are 4 screws holding it in place. When
   you take this plate off, you will be looking right at the board.
2. Right on the front panel of the radio, or the vertical board located right
   behind the led display, there are 4 pins. 2 rows of 2. 
3. Take the jumper off of the 2 pins it is on, and move it over to the two
   pins on its left. Very simple. Replace cover. Rig will now transmit and
   receive from 26mhz to 32mhz.
