TM732.4 many of you have replied to me but yet i have not gotten your mail so i think i will but the "unknown mods" out.all of us know that the 732 has 25 memories per band, but did you also know that it is capable of holding 50 per band ... the 732 has a "memory recall" a storage center for memory try this program in a certain freq not in memory 1. now turn your radio off and reprogram the cpu press d then 7 your memory should be brought back ...now turn off the radio and reset the cpu and then press d then 7 your old memories should be brought back keep doing this syste to change betweee n the two memories and you know have 50 per band. tuern off you radio press CALL and hold it while you turn on your rig. after the display gets to you for a while turn the rig off and turn it on while holding VFO this resets your vf0 memory and the display stops. clip the green wire underneath the head wire cover and solder a jumper in where r 19 is and youll get 134-174 tx/rx and 410-470tx/rx but if you really want the extra tx and rx jump everything but r19 this will let you cover 136-174tx 118-174 rx 340-512 rx/tx BUT and dont forget the BUT you repeater shift will now be set as + or - 10 on 440 and + or -5.7 on 144.you will also lose automatic shifting and any repeat mods 800-1100 MHz Rx mount a short 22pf capacitor insteof short circuting the pattern allows improvement of receving sensitivity. cloning your rig with another 732. cloning only works with aother 732 and you can do it either with a cloning cabl of over the air i will not reveal how to clone over the air as in the mod it states " swith the power off hold the CALL AND BELL KEYS, CLonE will then be displayed and clonging over the air will start. HOWEVER !!!!!!!!!!! on ANY TM-732 there is NO BELL BUTTON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so i suggest you try it this way turn the power off hold F and MHz and turn the POWER on the freq. should read CLonE set thee slave transciever(another 732 ) to the same proces connect the mic jacks with a cloning cable and press CALL on air will display and the s meter will tell how much is left to be cloned -memory channel modes, the number of channels for each band and all memory channel data are cloned paging answer back -- i made an error in the 50 mod part will you to recall the memory hold F and C.SELL and turn the radio on after "erasing " it THEN DO THE D 7 . steve KC6SDE@N0ARY
