The Voice of America was previously fed by SCPC (Single Channel per Carrier) over F4/14. This made it unavailable to the majority of dish owners. Recently, VOA moved to a more easily receivable format of standard FM subcarrier, which can be received by just about everyone... Check S2/21 on the folowing subcarriers: 7.605, 7.515, 7.425 and 7.355. Note: These are SATELLITE SUBCARRIER FREQUENCIES AND NOT SHORTWAVE FREQUENCIES. You hear four separate programs, one on each channel. You receive this feed (in FM broadcast quality) by first tuning your satellite system (Home TVRO) to Spacenet 2, transponder 21, and then changing the audio to narrowband, and tune up to the given frequency.
