Copy this file into a scratch directory on 
your hard disk and execute it in a DOS window
so that it expands itself into an installable
setup diskette. The compressed and expanded 
files together will not fit onto a single 
1.44MB floppy. Use the DOS command: 
WINL132 A: to expand the file from C: to A:

how to proceed from there.
